Finally watched the trailer, can't wait for some Yukari action =P Totally love the name too, lol. It's hard to choose between IF it's dlc only getting it that way...or getting the boxed game because how can you not have "Persona 4 Arena The Ultimax Ultra Suplex Hold" on your shelf?

Yes, late I know, but it's hard for me to keep up with game news lately =P

I'm just hoping it get's released in some form over here. They haven't said anything about NA release yet (or even that it is going any further than the Arcade). /sob

This trailer? Don't worry, it's easy to forgive your lateness in watching it, given it was posted today. Same with the reveal of that ridiculous name, lolwat? Did they like, roll dice or something? Odds are, if it does get released here, it'll be shortened like Arena was, probably to something not as hilarious like Persona 4 Arena 2.

Let's go through the list of changes I've noticed or heard about.

-Yukari and Junpei, obv.
-NO KOROMARU, BOOOOOOOOOOOO
-Brand new character Sho (LET ME GUESS, he has something to do with the cliffhanger in P4A, right?)
-New Menu/UI styling
-All characters seem to have new movesets
-Different characters have different numbers of Persona cards (Akihiko has 2 while Elizabeth has 6)
-Most characters can be played as their Shadow versions (I believe the exceptions are Elizabeth, for story context reasons probably, and Labrys/Shadow Labrys because they're already separate characters). Shadow characters cannot use Burst and cannot be Awakened, but when they have a full SP gauge, they can use "Shadow Rampage" which gives them an unlimited SP gauge for a limited time.
-A bunch of other stuff in fighting game language I can't understand

I'm hoping this is like a downloadable expansion/upgrade, instead of just a full retail sequel (but it does need a full retail release for new sales, of course).

This site might just be where Persona 5 will be revealed.

First of all, the site has both Atlus' and Studio P's logos in the corner. In addition, we've already heard about the sequel to P4A, so it's hard to think of anything else that this site could be used to announce. The date we're going to be shown whatever is to be seen on this site is November 24th at 800pm Japan Time. This equates to 500am central time here in the states, so just a heads up. /lv

It could be any Shin Megami Tensei game, with that little info to go on.

Could even be a new IP or a Hentai game (we can only hope ;) )

It is Persona 5, it really is. Joy upon joys!

Also, what the hell is this, and why don't I have it in my hands right now: http://p-atlus.jp/pq/

There was also a Dancing game for the Vita and an official announcement of the Persona 4 Arena The Ultimax Ultra Suplex Hold being released for home consoles. No word yet on which of these four Persona games will be sent over for us to enjoy.

The one I'm most excited for is the chibi Q game. I mean, I want Persona 5 as much as anyone, but I think I'll be more interested when they announce more than "we're making it guys also chairs"

Well, Arena 2 (or whatever they end up calling it; I'll laugh so hard if they keep the Ultimax blahblah title in America) as well, but chibi little Persona characters!
