Mark of the Ninja is a very fun and challenging game. There are so many ways to get through a level that just makes it that much more intense.

The Walking Dead is absolutely amazing. I usually dislike children in video games because most of the time they are done very poorly, but Clementine really makes you care about her and want to protect her. I don't cry in movies or when playing games, virtual emotion just doesn't to that to me, but I came very close because of this game.

I was hesitant to put this in my original post, mostly because I haven't actually played them, just the demos, but from the same company behind Mark of the Ninja, there's also and . A set of sidescolling beat 'em ups. One interesting thing, at least for the first one, is that the co-op mode is completely different from the single-player mode, with different levels and a different story.

Haven't got a chance to play them fully, but screw it, the demos were pretty fun, might as well toss them here.

Yeah, I was hesitant to put them in my original blog post for the same reason. I think we got Shank 1 from an indie bundle a while back, but I just never got around to trying them out. They look good though and I really need to remember to go back to them, especially since you said there is a completely different co-op mode for the first one. Pie and I are always in the mood for some good co-op games, which there never seems to be enough of (at least local co-op).

A rather cool looking side scrolling action shooter with an emphasis on air dashing for maneuverability and projectile dodging. It has some pretty nice sprite work, and looks really fun! XD I can't help to think how awesome it'd be if if the art had more put into it, especially with the humanoid characters. The game costs only $5 and there's even a demo you can download. =)

Two more things...

1. I played a bit of . Wow, it's minimalistic and abstract and artsy, but it's not a dumb "artsy for the sake of artsy" game. It's really beautiful and fun. The narrator also gives the Bastion guy a run for his money. He makes the little squares so cute.

2. The Humble guys are apparently doing now, and OH MY GOD THIS WEEK'S ONE GUYS OH MY GOD OH MY GOD OH MY GOD. IT'S A GIANT TELLTALE PACK. OH MY GOD.

Contains:
Back to the Future
Sam and Max: The Devil's Playhouse
Poker Night at the Inventory
Hector: Badge of Carnage
Puzzle Agent 1 & 2
Wallace and Gromit's Grand Adventures
And pay above average to get THE WALKING DEAD. THE WALKING. FREAKIN'. DEAD.

I think I need to lie down for a minute.
