Well that's the whole point for my interest. I like to think "what could be added, what kind of life, what kind of formations, what is out there that could fit in this world, this universe..." But yea its just a bunch of diagrams and im going to try to do different types of drawing sooner or later. Also thanks :3

I tried some chibi's of some characters im making recently and im wondering what you guys think how i did

also i need could somebody give me a suggestion to draw something please :3 I am having some artist blocks right now and i really just want to try and draw something.

I have actually been debating to draw a steampunk themed horse of late i may try that.

Do it DB! Keep it up man, that's the only way to get better =) Steampunk is very awesome too, just geek out on it and draw up a bunch of diagrams on how you think the device/horse would operate XD

Hi DB, thanks for sharing some of your sketches! =D They're looking good so far.~ I personally think SD's are probably a bit tougher to critique since their body structure and proportions usually seem very dependent on the artists' style; like how some artists happen to like over emphasizing characteristics such as hands and feet while others like making those small.

A few things I can probably say about the recent SD art you just posted is that it doesn't look like you created a skeleton for your characters before hand and kinda just worked your way down from the head piece by piece. I recommend that whenever doing any kind of drawing, unless you're expected to be drawing in marker in which everything is prominent and there's no turning back, to always draw a very rough skeleton plan first, even it's just a very rough, light, quick skeleton. Working piece by piece without any plan will often get you stuck in a situation where things might not look natural or balanced; you might even get yourself into a situation where you really like the thing you spent an hour so or so drawing and want to add to it, but nothing seems to fit or work out.

Another thing I'd also suggest is to probably not make their necks so long, probably just long enough so to see that they have necks. In DB's case, I think his shirt collar should probably be able to touch his face.

i do use the skeleton method but i didn't do it for many of these drawings for some reason and thank you for telling me that i was making the necks too long, i felt that they were too long but i just couldn't tell if they were or not.
Also quick update on the steampunk horse... I somehow made it into a steampunk sort of nautilus and ill show it in a bit.

Some nice sketches you have there, really caught my interest since I usually like doodling away when I'm bored at work (I probably shouldn't) and usually one of my favorite things to draw are weapons. Also I love drawing on paper as I noticed you have too, only problem with paper drawings is usually more difficult to get them into digital format as it comes out fairly faint. (Probably cause I tend to use mechanical pencils with generic lead [HB/2B]rather than the darker leads 3B+)

Anyway looking forward to seeing more of your sketches

Yea drawing at somewhere where you probbably shouldn't... Yeaaa i kindahave the same problem
But thanks dude and these sketches just wind up using the standered lead pencil that i use for school which is kinda strange if they are coming out light for you, that or i just have a REALLY heavy hand.

And finally here is the ship that i am making for my character Shane and his crew, and Masked machines which is still yet to be named, and no this is not a finished drawing.

This is not 100% my work since its based heavily on another artist's ship that he made but i really liked the design of it so i decided to make on for myself.
