Little Witch Academia is beautifully animated short (27 mins) developed by Studio Trigger which was formed by former Gainax members/key producers of Gurren Lagann! A limited edition English blue ray box will be available this summer. The American publishers have the episode on youtube for FREE UNTIL THE END OF JUNE so The episode will be having a showing at AX this year too along with a first-time screening of the making-of documentary. You can enter a lottery to be one of fifty lucky fans to go to the screening, travel expenses paid!

Little Witch Academia was pretty cool and I hope it doesn't just remain a standalone animation for long. A series would be very interesting. Dunno if I wanna get the DVD of it, but I'm definitely glad they're testing the water over here to see how much the U.S. likes it.
