So tonight we had Korean Ribs with baked potatoes:
Contrary to how it may look the more burnt-looking they are the better they tend to taste. You can make them with any meat cut, though there is a specific Korean Beef Cut. Marinade in Korean BBQ sauce (usually on the ethnic/oriental aisle in supermarkets) for a day or two then throw them on the grill!
We followed them up with some milkshakes that may or may not have contained rum. May or may not.
