Posted: Tue Sep 20, 2011 2:56 amBasically this guy came into my work with this story about needing money to fix his tire so he and his family can get home safely. He first was trying to sell me an iPad for the low price of the patch job (which someone ELSE would be bringing). Said he's dealt with a fellow co-worker (whose name he got wrong). He offered collateral by way of a collage ID (which was dated 2010, and also he'd HAVE to have a driver's liecense but didn't offer that if he had it). Not to mention the overall shadiness of it all.
So why did I do it even though I don't have the money and didn't believe a thing he was saying? I have no fucking idea...ugh...I have a hard time saying no is part of it, I guess I just hoped he was actually using it for fixing the tire or something equally important...
And...wow...literally as I was typing that up some other guy (clearly on some kind of drugs) started singing and wouldn't leave...I need to get off graveyard shift...
